It is located on the outskirts of the village giving absolute privacy, offering luxurious holidays with total tranquility. The villa consists of spacious lounge with dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with 4 ring stove, freezer, oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, blender, in fact everything you could need for home-from-home living.

There are 4 tastefully designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 Jacuzzi and beautiful design touches in each bathroom. The colours of turquoise, navy blue and golden chocolate create a sense of luxury and romanticism.  Beside the private oblong pool are big verandas with dining areas offering the chance to dine while watching the sunset.

This western area shows the pure, rural Cretan life and combines sea, mountains, valleys, gorges, cliffs and beautiful landscapes, most of which are still undiscovered treasures waiting for someone to explore. The pebbly & rocky sea in Livadia is perfect for fishing, snorkeling, diving & swimming.

Further down the hill from the villa is a cave of stalagmites with a brilliant variety of shapes and colours. The town of Chrisoskalitisa with its famous monastery is just 15 mins drive away and a further 10 min drive takes you to Elafonisi, both landmarks on the southwest of Crete where there are a various cafes and tavernas.
