Kallisto is a complex of 4 buildings that are only 20 metres from the beach in the Paralio Astros area of Greece.  The complex was completed in 2003 and is built to a very high standard.

This apartment measures 57 sqm and is furnished to a very high standard. It has neighbours on 1 side only, as it is a 3rd floor end apartment and it also enjoys the luxury of a hallway entrance and not the front door opening straight into living area. It comprises of an open plan lounge with dining area, a fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom and a family bathroom.

Being on the end, it enjoys two good sized balconies, one off the bedroom and the other off the living room.  Air conditioning units are fitted that also have the capacity to heat, and the apartment also has very effective central heating radiators, as well as a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

The apartment will be sold fully furnished, including crockery, appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, recently upgraded fan oven/halogen hob, 32" LCD TV, DVD player and stereo, and washing machine) Also included is portable gas BBQ sourced form the UK. Kallisto is located in a pretty traditional fishing village and is not on the tourist radar. Most of the apartments are owned by Athenians and people from Tripoli who spend all of August there. The rest of the year it is quiet and is one of the reasons we picked the location.

Argos and Nafplion are the nearest biggest towns and are about 40 minutes drive around the Argolic Gulf.  Athens Airport is about 2 hr drive away.
